#1 - perfect 100%. Nail biting emotions. Devestation and ridicuous joy, and of course the start of the best crossfit athlete of all time. I don't think she would have reached the pinnacle of who she is, without this moment. Her story arc is crazy. She's truly a champion of champions.

I always heard 10 to 15minutes is best for a nap. Shorter doesn't do znything and longer you get even more tired.

On the nap front I think it varies based on a lot of factors including how long your body can flush the chemical response to sleeping....... I am pretty confident that it can very also based off of your bodies stress level as far as the duration but I am by far not a doctor.

For me it’s 25-30 minutes. Any more than that I need 90 minutes or I still feel sleepy.

Hey Wykie try an 'einstein power nap' by holding a spoon in your hand as you nod off in a chair. When the spoon hits the floor you've had enough of a nap and you'll wake up (will be around 10-15 mins). I have a biscuit or chocolate immediately before napping and wake up fresh. Its the sugar crash you get when you're asleep that makes you feel like sh!t when you wake up. Used to work well on my toddler kids too!!

Fun fact, most dog trainers, train humans 😉

If sick, any sleep is a win :) id allow an hour cap, so wind down and wind up within that time, with 20mins solid before 430pm. And James can sleep anywhere, anytime 😅

20min nap but only between 2pm and 2.30pm.

20 minutes with an espresso before hand, the caffeine will work while you nap and you will wake up ready to go .
